For Homeware and Textiles
We don’t hold all items in stock - some will be sent directly from the designer. Once ordered, we’ll provide an estimated lead time, typically around 5 working days.
Please note: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
For Furniture and Lighting
Most items are made to order, with an estimated lead time of 8 - 10 weeks. Upholstered furniture may take longer, depending on fabric availability.
When ordering, please inform us of any potential delivery challenges (e.g., multiple stairs, tight or tricky access) as additional charges may apply.
New Zealand Delivery Costs
You have the option to pick-up your order for free from the YOYO showroom in Wellington. Simply select this option at Step 2 of checkout (shipping method).

Orders placed on YOYO.co.nz can only be delivered within New Zealand. For international delivery, please email your order and delivery address to wellington@yoyo.co.nz. We will provide a quote, process payment and confirm your order directly.
